How to Book

BOOKING – PAYMENT – CANCELLATION

Now that you have decided which Turk Trek trekking-hiking tour will be your next adventure, all you have to do is fill out our booking form, make the payment and get ready for an experience of a lifetime.

Booking & Payment

First of all browse and choose a trek you are interested in from our WebPages. If what you are looking or interested is not listed in the website please either fill the form in plan my trip  page to design your itinerary or send us write us on info@hiketurkey.com – info@turktrek.com tell us what kind of nature adventure is on your mind, so we can create the itinerary regarding to your choice.

Once the details of your trek (duration, route and number of people) have been agreed, we will make a provisional booking, giving the dates and cost. To confirm your booking we ask you to pay a deposit of 40%. This can be in Euros, pounds sterling or US dollars. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by western union.

Before you confirm the booking of a trip you should read and understand what is included and excluded in the cost. If you require additional services which are not included in cost please let us know.

Please keep in mind : If you would like to pay by bank transfer, you must pay any fees associated with the transaction in addition to the amount due in Euros, Sterling or USD

( Almost all of the banks charges the transaction fee for the bank transfer.  it is extra and should not be calculated as the part of the total price to be paid. If you do not want to pay the high bank transfer transaction fee, you can complete the payment via Western Union.)

As soon as the reservations are made we confirm your booking by sending you our booking confirmation by email. You can start your travel preparations!

 

Cancellation Policy:

A notice of cancellation shall be submitted by client in written by email with authentic reason(s), and then refund procedure will be made as follows:

– If cancellation made before 30 days of the trip departure date, 30% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation and rest will be adjusted in their next trip or refunded after deducting the processing charge of Bank to make a draft.

– If cancellation made before 15 days of the trip departure date, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation. Further will be same as above process.

– If Cancellation made before 10 days of the trip departure date 80% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation.

– If cancellation made within the week of departure or upon arrival in Departure point no refund shall be provided.

– Cancellation before 60 days of the trip, 25% cancellation will be charged.

– Cancellation Before 30 days of the trip 30% cancellation will be charged.

– Cancellation Before 15 days of the trip 50% cancellation will be charged.

– Cancellation Before less than 15 days no refund will be provided.

– The cost of Climbing Permit/s already purchased is/are not refundable.
