Hiking Sarsala-Celopatra Bay-Sarsala Bays

Sarsala Bay – Cleopatra’s Bath Bay –  Sarsala Bay

This one-day hiking trip from from Sarsala Bay to Cleopatra’s Bat bay and back to Sarsala bay. which is about 5 km away, each direction. The trail offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding landscape.

One Day Hike in Fethiye : SARSALA BAY – CLEOPATRA’S BATH BAY – SARSALA BAY

Start the day early and head towards Sarsala Bay in a comfortable transfer car, which is about 75 km away from Fethiye city center.

From Sarsala Bay, start hiking towards Cleopatra Bath Bay, which is about 5 km away, each direction. The trail offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding landscape.

Arrive at Cleopatra Bath Bay, which is named after the legendary Egyptian queen who is believed to have swum in the bay during her visit to the region. The bay has crystal-clear waters and a small beach. Take a refreshing swim in the sea and enjoy a packed lunch.

After spending some time at the bay, begin hiking back towards Sarsala Bay.

Continue hiking back to Cleopatra bath bay and to  Sarsala Bay, taking breaks along the way to admire the views and rest if needed.

Arrive back at Sarsala Bay in the late afternoon or early evening, depending on your hiking pace. Take a refreshing swim in the sea and relax on the beach before heading back to Fethiye city center.

Important Notes:

This is a moderate level hiking trip, please wear comfortable hiking shoes.

The total hiking distance is around 10-14 km, and it takes approximately 5-6 hours to complete the trip.

Make sure to wear sun protection as it can get quite hot during the day.

The trip includes transfers, a professional guide and lunch box.

Travel:  Recommended arrival and departure airport is : DALAMAN (There are winter flights available via Istanbul). Alternatively Transfers ANTALYA airports is also available to a minimum extra cost. 

Extra Arrival and Departure Dates:

• Please plan to arrive one day before the trek begins and depart one day after the trek ends.

Luggage transfers & logistics : Luggage transfer on hiking (Walking) days is included and your baggages will transferred from departure point to the finish

Meal Arrangements:

• Breakfast and dinner will be provided at accommodations.
• Lunch will be picnic or takeaway food with fruits during the trekking days.

This itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions and group preferences.

1 – Meeting points : DALAMAN Airport & FETHIYE Bus Station ( Alternatives : ANTALYA or IZMIR Airports )

2 – The itinerary is changeable and modifiable as per need and time frame of the party. Program may change according to weather and road conditions. Cost will be re-calculated  if the itinerary is changed or modified. Additional activities may be added as per party members request with appropriate additional cost. The cost may also be affected due to the requirement of number of guide and auxiliary guide.
